Details For three weeks, youngsters will work under the individualized direction and attention of Walden Theatre instructors on a production of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Students get the exciting experience of rehearsing and performing a professionally-produced play (complete with sets, props, and costumes, and every child gets a speaking role) and at the end there are three shows for a public audience. In the Academy, novice and experienced young actors work together, learning to use their voices and bodies as tools for communication and expression. The Summer Academy is a place where students receive a strong foundation in theatre arts, develop concentration, self reliance and cooperation, and have fun with new friends. What to Bring
